The reason we have wet dreams is because we're constantly producing semen - particularly during adolescence - and the excess needs to be expelled someway or another.

Now I'm not saying women DON'T have dreams in which they cum. A friend of mine cums in her sleep all the time. But they're not "wet dreams" in a similar way as ours. I think that terminology is kind of specific to men.
