So I'm stuck with a dilemma here a Wgs Renting a property of mine I only found out when when looking on Esa and realized ah Thats My place
I've been Trying to book.her.before but was always out of my area
Advice what to do
Don't want to start something that could cause problems.
What should I do
Perhaps stay away? If she is found out sometime by the authorities and you had booked her, you cannot say "I did not know officer". Or you could, but what if there is evidence or witnesses? Then they might try to pin you as her pimp or a brothel owner? Best to stay clear perhaps and leave her to work in peace?

PS: Easy for me to say as I don't know how hot she is :P
If needed...I can go and take a look at the property for you.
Just to check that all is fine ..shower working...aircon is gassed.
grass is trimmed..etc...
BTW...Call the ESA Office to claim your "Venue Owner "badge...LOL

If i were you i would go check out the property sometime routine check up.
Then if she pays your rent without issues and takes care of your place then dont book her as it will be awkward for both of you and leave her be as she is not harming you and you or anyone at least you will have peace of mind that your place is taken care of and yoyr rent is paid without issues.
Its a win win situation for both parties you happy shes happy youll just have to find alternatives punting grounds.
