When is the right time to call? During the hours listed on the profile? Or anytime? Or office hours? Rr after hours? or Pm only? Or...

To call I would say during the hours they staded on their profile.
The pm anytime but they will only reply when they lock on again and whatsup (If they do whatsup) I would so not later than 8 - 9 or before 6 in the morning but again be pations if they didnt reply immediatly, they will reply when its proper to them because they also got a life.

I just want to add that there are some ladies who are up, way before their working hours, myself included.
So, perhaps you could send the lady a message and check when would be a good time to call, if its before her working hours. I doubt whether any lady would find that rude, or intrusive...
I always respond to my PM's between 5-7am, before I start work.

Call during hours on the ad unless I am showing as available ON THE AVAILABLE PAGE, not cos my profile shows last online 2 minutes ago.
I also wake up early and attend to emails/pms/whatsapp early in the morning. But don't send 'Hi' mesaages, it will just be ignored.
