This year is the first time in my life I suffered depression. I did not know it even exists. I wanted to get out of it. Because I dont drink, smoke or do drugs my only way of relaxing was punting. But after every girl I visit I usually leave after 15 min. I dont want to stay after I bust. Then I think it was a mistake. This was meant to relax me. But I still felt empty inside. I thought sex was good but never enjoyed it fully. I dont know whats happenning to me.

Mental health is ignored by the general population, feeling down for days in a row is a sign of a serotonin imbalance . Due to cells/platelets reabsorbing more serotonin compared to what your body is producing. An anti-depressant balances the production and absorption rate of your serotonin levels in the body. Speak to your GP and start with a small dosage. See if your mood is lifted in a few days/weeks.

When I'm depressed I punt.
Afterwards I usually feel good for a few days, sometimes even a week.
(That is, of course, if it was a good punt.)

However, after a bad punt, it's very depressing driving home and this can last for a few days.
This is why I tend to mostly see regulars, I know how it will be.

Mr running man. I have to take anti depressants as I have been diagnosed with Parkinsons. But they affect my ability to get into the groove, so to speak. Let alone run with an erection. See what I did there? Lol.

Mysticmac - my advice to you is to try exercise before committing to tablets. They are poison

You can never fill that emptiness with sex. As crave said, exercise. Spend as much time as you can out in the sun.

What other interests do you have? Talk to someone as a first step, whether it's with a close friend or family member. If you don't feel comfortable doing so, I'd recommend you see a therapist just to offload whatever is on your mind.
