Terrible etiquette, after making a confirmed booking there, drive to the venue to be told oh no they got tip off about a police raid (all bs, think they having internal political issues) and that they cannot honour my booking. Then I get blocked off from communicating with them.
Really a shitshow.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the bad experience you had.
This is something we are completely unaware of.
There was never any tip-off of any police raid whatsoever and it is absolutely nonsence.
We had a problem with cancellation of bookings, for no valid reason, from certain Therapists and also problems with keeping to the venue rules. It was addressed and in the process certain therapists were asked to leave or left the venue on their own.
We are an upmarket venue, and would like to keep it that way. WE ALWAYS STRIVE TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
We will really appreciate it if you can contact us DIRECTLY or come to the venue to discuss the incident. We are more than happy to accommodate you for time wasted.

I did try to contact directly, but I was blocked off whatsapp and from calling through, bookings were made with the venue directly.

I do apologize for you terrible experience.
Owning a Venue has it's challenges.....daily, that I promise you.
Last week the Manager/Hostess had personal matters to attend too, and it was left in the hands of the girls to run the show, which resulted in your experience. I'm really sorry about it. I'll contact you via PM now.
We strive for perfection, so if anyone ever have an issue, please contact the Venue and ask for my personal number so that we can sort it out ASAP.
