Despite extensive communication via WA and a firm booking by the WG in Randburg, I get to the address and make the call and ...surprise ... no answer. Phone is off. I keep dialing and send WA messagss but no respobse. WGs add is now also off so I cant name. This really pisses me off.
Where on eartham I going to find another WG at short notice to calm a bear with a sore tooth and a stiff willy? Wasteful trip from PTA to JHB @##$%$#!!

Sadly happens. Been stood up myself a couple of times. I've now limited my punting range so that I don't have have to go out too far to be possibly stood up.

That sucks man. Happened to me to. Worst when you constantly getting WhatsApp confirmation righ until you there and then they go AWOL when you're at the gate all excited and looking forward to it. Had the exact same experience with a wg here. Ad came up later in a whole different area and she didn't think to tell me she's leaving but gave me the address. Confirmed when I'm leaving and even a few minutes away and then boom. No answer a few times at the gate and then phone off.
