How would you improve ESA?

If you owned/ran ESA, what ideas would you implement to improve it?
1. A section for reinstated/returning profiles just like the new profile/updated pictures section on the home page. It would help with quickly tracking any profiles that have been reactivated. This could also alert punters when a favourited profile comes back.
2. I'd allow punters to set preferences on their own profiles for recommendations. This could be based on better metadata set on SP profiles and when punters favourite/save those then each punter can get a curated recommendation for profiles they haven't yet saved/favourited that are similar.
3. I'd create a wizard for the SPs that guides on how to better increase success on the platform. This could be based on insights derived from the favourited/best reviewed profiles.
4. Tricky one but could offer a form of punter verification for SPs for security reasons. Actually have an idea thinking of it that requires provision, verification and deletion of certain info to generate a code maybe. SPs can request this code, it's anonymous, and just check whether a punter is verified or not. It would hold no other information other than a status of verified/vetted.

- More specific search criteria like advertiser race, services, e.g. Greek.
- Split the "Advertiser Promotions" forum category into "Services" and "Content" promotions.

Make ratings out of 10, instead of 5. It will give a bit more leeway.

I would add a seperate section for content ads. A section where the ads are paid strictly for content, and can be reviewed as a service.
