After reading blackdiamond's post this question came to my mind;do these punters that claim to stop punting really stop punting?or they attempt to stop,when they fail they continue punting but they don't review the girls or post comments on this website.I'm saying this because I know its not easy to stop punting,its like drug addiction.I have personally attempted to stop but I had a relapse after 3 months.My coping mechanism was that I got rid of all my smart phones and used only one phone, a normal phone with no internet because I realised it was easy for me to log on to adult websites at anytime when I get tempted because I always had my phones with me and that's when I'd see these sexy girls and the need to punt arise.But three months later I gave in to the temptation and bought a new smart phone because I was very active on social network,facebook,twitter,instagram so I was missing them.When I bought this phone I had told myself that i was done with punting,I'd been rehabilitated,but once again with a smart phone in my hands I got tempted and logged into adult websites.So that is how I returned to punting.But in future when I decide to stop punting I will do exactly what I did the last time and these time also delete all my social network accounts so I won't get tempted to interact with people(and I hope and pray I won't be tempted to create new ones)and just attempt to live the kind of live I was living more than ten years ago without social network,because I started punting when I began having access to the internet(by the way I'm a rural boy I grew up without access to the internet,I only started having internet access when I moved to Pretoria 15 years ago).I'm confident that this stragegy will rehabilitate me for good!

So back to the question;is there anybody or do u know of somebody who's attempted to stop punting and failed or somebody that u know who has successfully stopped punting?I know there are punters like blackdiamond who wanna quit but they just can't(I'm one of them.)

Let's talk fellow punters maybe we can come up with advices that can help most of us stop this punting life because I am sure this is definetly NOT a normal life.

Let's hear your views!

I've gone to massage only, and 90% of the time I don't even ask for a happy ending or sensual.every now and then I have the urge for a blow and massage but somehow it never pans out. I haven't had a fullhouse in two years now and it's not missed at all .I find when I'm around family or friends for an extended period of time this entire punting thing is the last thing I think about. So yeah find the root cause and you will kick the habit easily.

Mine is straightforward boredom coupled with horniness....pretty sure once I'm hitched I'll be good..

@MBHAZIMA
Bla Bla Bla .... what a load of rubbish
If you wanted to stop why you on this site .
ESA is here to promote punting not stop it. Start your own group of reformers, KY jelly in hand .
The Internet never invented the oldest profession but yes it did make it easier... when I started I never used the Internet .... my little me just pointed me in the right direction .
And if you think marriage might change a serious punter.. maybe yes . But you could also make the mistake I made on my wedding night and left some cash for my new bride when I hit the shower .
Till this day that still cracks me up.

stop punting? You need help boet. There are some things that evolution has forced upon us. We cannot voluntarily stop breathing, we cannot not listen, we cannot stop punting.

Without sex none of us would be here. To deny yourself sex is to deny your instinct to procreate. Don't do it to yourself. It is not healthy.

If punting is too expensive then get cheaper WGs, if you don't have time then use punting as a reward for completing a project.
