In the womb before the sex of the fetus is developed, whether destined to be a boy or girl, the fetus starts off with a genital tubercle. If genetic markers are for a male, testosterone is produced which causes the genital tubercle to develop into a penis. For females the genital tubercle becomes a clitoris.
The penis and clit comes from the same structure and are very similar. In fact they exactly the same (except for size): ie both have hoods, glans, become engorged with blood when stimulated and are full of nerves which provide pleasurable sensations.
So back to my question. Women do have dicks (we just gave it a different name), albeit it a tiny one. Some men also have tiny dicks.
Talking about size. A hyenas clit is 20cm.
