A question to all the ladies:

Do you prefer to work from your private venue, or would you prefer working from a club, and if not why not.

What will make you change your mind to work from a club.

Reason for this question, is that on Friday I drove past a certain club in Pretoria, which was always busy and which was running for years now, but now it is closed and the premises is for sale or to be rented.

So obviously, I am having a brilliant idea to maybe buying or renting the place, and re opening the club under a new name.

So, basically what I would like to know if I do this, is what could I do to make you ladies to come and work there instead of you own private place. What will make you change.

There are ladies who will always work in clubs instead of independently, reasons vary from their ads not attracting enough clients to safety etc.

There are many ladies working in venues who will never work on their own so you will get more than enough ladies to work for you.

Some ladies prefer working on their own so that they can give quality service without the pressure of having to watch the clock as in a venue or sharing bathrooms with many other people.

Like said up there, didn't work for the other owner so something gone wrong in the area.
Sorry about the toe stepping, but I think it's a rather skilled task being able to house plenty of ladies and keep the peace. No offence.

Many guys have asked me to open a venue or to work for them running one. I refuse because I've worked in venues and I've seen first hand what it takes between the girls and clients! Not worth what you think you'll make to be honest! Hats off to house owners for putting themselves in that situation and sticking with it! I for one wouldn't venture into it! There are many dangers associated with opening a house too involving unsavoury elements as well as the law! NO THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK! Furthermore, pussy is no longer making the kind of money it used to! Rather stick to punting and stay on the other side of the fence! What you'll see will cure you of your addiction to this industry!

There's a reason reputable houses are being sold or closed....they have survived everything through the years and if it closes after all of that, one has to ask, if the money was still flowing, why close or sell? Yes, there's always money for pussy, but how much does the average house client spend monthly now compared to a few years ago?

Mmmmm. On the other hand some very old institutions of ill repute are still standing. But I get your point. Maybe where a punter would go bos and party every weekend he may have scaled down to once a month.

But Im pretty sure many guys will still venture into opening brothels thinking its quick and easy way to wealth.

There is one lady owner who survived kak long in this game. But she got a reputation herself en mense are kak bang for her.
