I've just left gym, and despite trying to focus on getting ft and string again there were two girls there that got me far too distracted.

Tights showing off great ass, tops showing of just a little bit of glistening cleavage and and a lot of sexy abs.

Any appropriate suggestions on this site to help me get rid of these dirty thoughts?
JHB preferably but PTA also an option.

I use that as motivation to work harder...those distractions are great, just dont loose focus and injure yourself..

I tried that on so many occasions. It's rather embarrassing to bench press with a stiffy.

In the gyms I visit very rarely are the ladies close to the bench press.. but when you move over to the general red zone.. ooh ya control is required...

Hot damnn!!!!! I feel the same about the boys!!!!! I don't mind winter.... But oh my soul summer gym bodies... Those arms and back muscles and that hot sweaty bodies and popping veins!!!! No wonder I'm worked up before I get to work everyday.... #heavenonearth....
