It simply comes down to desperation and options.

The more desperate you are, the more you'll pay. The fewer options you have outside punting, the more you'll pay. Yes I don't know if it's a Willingness rather than feeling forced to and I don't think the service goes up accordingly.

The worst is the 'MG 'con' where there's a standard rate and everything thing else is an extra fee leaving you feeling done in.

Everyone is negotiable but out of principle if someone is quoting ridiculous rates in my view and then messages to say Hey Hun I'm having a special Today, well then I no feel so special anymore
