I knew 2 sisters, one was very goodlooking, the other one ..not so goodlooking.
An old lady said to the plain one: "I haven't seen you in years, your sister was the goodlooking one, but you are a nice person so don't worry about it."
She said "Yes, I'm the ugly one, you should've just told me straight out."
Nice response, the nasty lady was put in her place!
