People react differently to money.

Being accountable for someone else's money and being accountable for your own are two very different things.

And this I say because I know. We tend to look better after money that ain't ours than we do look after the money we ourselves work our backsides off.

When you go to work at the normal job you have, maybe you have your transport costs to work and a new shirt or trousers/skirt every now and then. Everyone is on the "works WiFi" the whole day.. most ladies buy their own data and don't have work places with free wi-fi.

You go there to do a job and get paid.Most companies offer a basic and incentives for performance.

Ladies have costs that guys don't see...there is no basic salary just for showing up, you work for your money and bonuses aka tips based on performance are few and far in between. Even reviews that takes 5 minutes to do to boost a girl don't get done, puters don't get paid to do it;) One good review for a girl that has limited exposure because she ain't on forum a lot to promote herself ( maybe no phone , maybe no data, maybe her written language skills are that good, maybe working at a venue where phones ain't allowed because the venue run them like cattle.

That is just for starts, then there is venue fees. You don't pay to sit in your office even if your day ain't productive. Some venues charge daily or weekly fees, regardless if the lady is busy or not.

Indepent SPs have it a bit easier we don't have to pay over venue fees, but we still have all the other costs and then we have costs that normally gets covered by venues for taking a fee. Rent, mortgage, electricity, water, maintaince, towels and linens they had to be washed, oils, wipes, condoms, shower gels and beverages for clients, Cleaning and keeping your place clean, while you also try to life a normal life there.

I can go on and on... But ones the "overheads" have been paid that SP that you think has 1500 in her hand is left with half that if she is lucky. And guess what that SP that charges 500 pays exactly the same for everything as the SP that charge 1500.

Now go do the math again.;)

Girls earn a lot less than everyone think they do ..yes they might earn more than the teller at PnP or the petrol attendant or even more than a good PA... But they definitely don't make what you think they do.

Every business has expenses and overheads, people earning a salary get taxed quite heavily too.

It all depends on how well you budget yourself
