SP agrees she will refund punter. SP has now changed her mind about said refund and believes she is entitled to hold onto the money due to the punter's deception and wasting her time.

In my view a portion of the money should be kept because of the inconvenience but the rest should be refunded since the booking did not take place and the SP did in fact agree in the first instance to a refund. A 50/50 split seems fair in these circumstances.

Thus is why I prefer to meet clients in the room first before I do outbookings because we both get an idea of who we are dealing with.
Outbookings do however need a certain level of trust between both parties because if they are both hesitant, it prolongs the process

That's the way I see it too. Once you (allegedly) commit to refund, then that's all there is to it.

The way I see it: Refund him for your own sanity, imagine if he gets another sim card and "books" you to either mess you around or worse. Perhaps he is of an unsavoury nature. I'd rather not have these kind of worries.

Her whole day is turned upside down This punter is a boundary pusher something a lot of punters are having issues with these days... such a turn off and very draining...

She is shocked when he walks through the door she wants him out of the room as quickly as possible maybe stating a refund is in order to avoid anymore draining from him, her safety is of utmost importance
now...

Her personal space her energy everything she prepared is changed in an instant
Her heart rate her thoughts and wellbeing on a man that cant take no for an answer

Dont think its so easy unless you put yourself in anothers position

If a punter is so demanding and breaks trust, deceives and has the arrogance to come on national forum and attack an sp's reputation her livelyhood

Unfortunately, no refunds will be accepted after 7 days of complaints. Was this notice put up if not consumers sex council will have to be contacted.
