Not sure how true it is but ive been told by an ex employee that the towels get hung out to dry after its used for the next visitor to use when its dry. Hence the miff smell. True or maybe just sour grapes, but it almost sounds true cos even an old threadbare towel will smell clean if its washed.

The story you heard wasn't sour grapes.
We have had many complaints about Devine using this practise of not washing the towels and just drying between clients.
At the rates these establishments charge, washing towels with a good quality detergent and fabric softener should be mandatory.
Kindly take it up with the owners of this establishment.
