Morning folks,
I was a little surprised there are still WGs who offer their services exclusively on race of clients! My past punts couldn't be bothered (to even pick it up from my accent during the booking or maybe my accent aint so obvious).

I have travelled the world a bit and never encountered that problem. In fact most of the time it worked to quite an advantage because I ended up being a unique client.

Is this a unique feature to SA maybe as a result of past political history?

Here we go yet again... Why do punters of other races assume that just because we are getting paid for our services we would do any race?? It's called sexual preference.. Which whether we are being paid or not we have a right to.. This industry can be emotionally and physically challenging as it is so surely we want to enjoy what we do, so we can give a good service to our clients?? If some of us working girls are not sexually turned on by other races are we expected to do it just for the money?? If that was the case of servicing other races that we don't get turned on by not only would we be giving terrible service but we would be extremely unhappy in our careers as working girls.. Why is it assumed immediately that we are racist? Just because we are getting paid for our services doesn't mean we don't have a choice in what race we want to get sexual with... When are punters who ask this race question over and over again going to realize we are not BLOW UP DOLLS! WE ARE WOMAN WHO HAVE A CHOICE IN SEXUAL PREFERENCE...

JB, don't fret, man. You did ask a legit question. You also got many legit answers.

I know many black sex workers who will not see black clients. Surely, that is preference, not racism.

I know many white sex workers who will not see black clients.
Surely that is racism????

Bwahahahaha, racial insecurity goes to extremes....

It's all about preference and prior experiences.
Personally I have only had great experiences with Black clientele. On the other hand have had some unpleasant experiences with a few Jewish men so now I just add a couple of R100's to my fees.

Also wary of clients from New Delhi, Haryana, the entire state of Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. Also not so keen on seeing pure vegetarians. I quite enjoy lamb chops.

Lol, SIJ :-)
Like your knowledge of the Indian subcontinent!

You are sure your overcharging the Jewish dudes will not be construed as antisemitism? :-)

Bigger fights? As determined by who?
YOU???
Who gave you that authority?

What gives you, or anyone else, the right to say something you deem as important in your life shouldn't be.
To me the service delivery protest could be viewed as trivial as I am privileged to have things like running water. but to the people who are suffering the injustices it is the bane of their existence. Must I now impose my experiences on them and say they shouldn't be talking about there issues because I feel it's not worth it?
I am not some freedom fighter and nor do I purport to be. I am a person with an opinion (just like you) on a platform (just like you) and have a view I'd like to articulate (just like you). So is the person who started this thread and the person who started the previous ROAR thread and the people who will start the next 100. My question to you, dear miss, is if you believe Race based discrimination is fine. (Which it seems like you do) why would this thread bother you so much. If you believe your opinion is sound and just and you hate these threads so much, why do you 'torture' yourself by reading and then posting and increasing said thread? If I didnt think a thread was worth it I wouldn't waste my time contributing. Why do you?

Apples and Oranges because one is legislated and has an effect or impact on the livelihood of people.

A sexual preference is a personal choice, and that's where it ends.

Legislated and not legislated, that is an arbitrary line that you choose to distinguish. Racial discrimination is racial discrimination. You are choosing one over the other because one affects you and one doesn't.

Point taken! I do not wish to go any further with this argument/thread debate or whatever. But realize that these kinds of threads just aggravate the situation and instead of John Benz initial intention of getting the ladies to 'give it a go', it has the opposite effect in solidifying their resolve.

People are racist for good reason, not always media or apartheid brainwashing based. It's not fair that an entire race gets blackened by a few rotten eggs, but just as black people have a chip on their shoulder about whites due to the atrocities they suffered through apartheid, so too are many whites traumatized by what black men have done to them, their families and friends. Rather Safe then sorry as far as they are concerned, but instead of understanding this, you push and push, just making it worse! We are easy targets, so I think these ladies are well within their rights to take any precautions they deem necessary, even if it is an over reaction to trauma they have suffered or seen through others!
