this action was careless and a dangerous practice! they should really think twice before pulling stunts like this as the truth always comes out.

I am deeply disappointed with Sam over this, i thought they were here to make money by pampering and making a client feel special but no they're just as bad as those junky wg we see around trying to find new ways of taking your money and do minimal for it.

I haven't worked at Divine, but I've come across many places doing this. So I always took my own towel & a plastic bag to stand on in the shower. That was many years ago. I would've thought places would have enough towels in this day & age & at the prices they charge. No excuse for dirty linen & towels.

ESA that topic again raises the question as to why there is no comment section under the "venues" advertising on ESA. Surely good and bad comments on these venues will be appreciated by a large number of your site.
