I am frequently surprised at the number of girls that don't seem to know about it. I think ESA should maybe up their game when they sign on a new profile. There have been myriad instances of girls posting private stuff on the open forum that should have been on the ladies forum and they all say "I didn't know about it."

There have also been a number of times when advertisers have expressly posted stuff here that should have been on teh private forum and the excuse they give is that "very few girls read the private forum." So the problem is wide-spread.

This lends weight to the idea that was floated a few weeks ago about having training classes for how to use the ESA system more effectively.

Well Kelly K, could have gone about this in a totally different way. Discuss it in private, well maybe, but she felt alone and 'ganged up' on. So maybe she decided to say in text, what is sometimes difficult to say in words. Did she know about the ladies forum? I'm not sure and will give her the benefit of the doubt.

Then gracefully Climax enters and apologises. Do I hold her in high esteem for apologising? No. I do so, for the level of maturity. Understanding that nothing will be achieved by bickering and battering. Well done lady!

This is a dumb thread to start off with. Having managed several houses I know how things can be. If a lady doesn't fit in she ruins the vibe of the house. So its best to ask her to leave. Finish en klaar.
