I can't agree on that personally! A standing ovation relies on an audience and that implies recognition. A lack of recognition often makes the composer second guess themselves!

But I suppose there is always recognition found in the most unforeseen places. The life of Rodriguez aka Sugarman is a testament to that! Yet he says thanks for your time and carries on marching to his own drum beat!
