Do yourself a favour and go to the main branch in pta.. it is a whole day waiting and sitting but if you there early like 6:30/7:00 waiting in line for doors to open you will have it in your hand by the time you leave.;) ID cards get issued straight away at most home affairs branches. If you not sure just phone and ask first.

Bought a whole out fit, shirts, pants, hat, boots even jewelry,the works there few years back for a charity function with a western rodeo theme that I attended with a client)
Damn that was many many years ago still have a tiny scar from my client getting a bit pissed and scratching me with his ring shaped like a bull head, he bought there! ;)
