I look at the marathon runners and wish my ass was not one of those that draggggggs behind me when I try to run.....GRIN....I think I just might try my "feet" at running and pull that ass of mine toward me. Then in that case will need a therapist just as good as me, even better, to look after my muscles!

To the sport people....keep coming my way and afford me the opportunity to be ur preferred sport therapist!

To those who are suffering from injury or debilitating movement do give me a shout. I look fwd to assisting u in those muscular challenges.

It was load shedding but it did not dampen the spirit of the Sunday eve die hard!

Hello dearest Cape Town!

I found another little hidden gem this morn to sit and have a morning bite and an excellent up of coffee.

Every morning early start with my sporting therapy has me walking or bicycling (not like those fanatical fit cyclists) to the sporting facilities and thus I have decided to revel in the pleasure of all things different one my route back to my little space in Mouille Point.

It ain't about spending a load of money but rather, pleasuring and treating myself to something a little different I might come across.

I have had my fill for today.

Now to continue the day in true RB style.

Good morning dearest Cape Town.

It was a very late eve or, should we say early morn. A 2am return . An invite which started as a "dinner date" and became a seduction unrushed, an ambiance of low light and....us.

My dinner dates work a little different from the norm...I think.
They have afforded me many an evening of excellent company and exposure to much I still have to learn and willingly take on board.

I thank all who place their trust and confidence in me knowing discretion and privacy is paramount.

It allows me to smile proudly knowing I am invited without reserve or concern.

Good morning Cape Town!

Heritage Day and the weather behaving! . .slightly chilly though.

This morning I opened my window wide, allowed the freshness to fill the room and returned to lay in bed with no rush to get up.

A week past of early mornings and late nights needs a little bit of a lay in.

It would have been awesome to wake up at home and be with family and friends on this fine day.

But. Knowing what my day holds is the best to stand in for all I am missing at home.



No quick bfst this morn... rather a real cullinary spoil.
