Another view on this; I have had a couple of punts the last month where the service wasn't up to scratch. Mechanical, misrepresentation, unreliability in terms of timing.

My feeling is that some ladies get so desperate for money, but forget that we pay for a service as well as their time.

Things like this make me take my punting money and rather pay it in my bond. Total turn off.

2-3 years ago service levels was top notch; ladies cared about happy clients. Maybe I was just spoiled. It is what it is.

Note that this is just my experience and I AM generalising.
