Hi Nate ...

I have a C3 C4 C5 neck injury that has stopped me from training and excersising on Doctors orders.... My body has atrophied as a result and I look and feel terrible. People think I am on drugs because I look so thin even though I have lost muscle mass and no weight.

what can you do for me?

We will start with exercises to strengthen the vertebrae, as well as supplmentation to speed up/aid healing...With regards to rest of the body we will implement proper diet and some resistance training to restore what muscle mass was lost and get you into the best shape of your life ;-) please pm me, will discuss further.

Been getting great responses from the girls :-) and some guys lol... Have already started with some of the girls but a few have been asking if I will only train them at the gyms in sandton city or will I be willing to come to their homes and train them, so jus letting everyone whom is interested know that I do private sessions as well in the comfort of your own home or garden.
