Amanda....why are you not sleeping? It's basically late and the average person needs 8h sleep per nite.

Good morning Above Average Lady.
Knowing you...let me clarify the method. You're meant to drink the warm milk and Vanilla essence. If you rub it all over your body and having it licked off, it going to have no effect on a positive sleeping pattern.
