Probably a phase GK... I don't think it's laziness at all. I am of the opinion that massages are more varied than FH. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there isn't variety in FH. I just think that guys are more inclined to revert to their favorite positions and persons with FH.

At the risk of sounding like an AH, I think it comes down to who's paying who and what you're getting.

Speaking for myself, I spend money on punting as a treat to myself. I want to be spoilt, made to feel special and get the things I want, hence I am paying for it.

Massages are kinda locked in that way and I'm going to add blow and go here. FH is 2 ways and I often find myself doing more of what the lady wants for her pleasure and not getting all of what I wanted. All well and good for it to be a 2 way street but not when the money is one way.

I dunno... MG also seem to follow a pattern most of the time. Face down, massage the back, some sliding, turn around, some sliding (if you're lucky), followed by a HJ or BJ (if you're lucky), explosion, job done.

Afterwards you have muscle strain in your neck of trying to lift your head to be able to see whats happening to your member ;-)

But it stays fun though!
