Thank you @ John Doe. I did mine 5 years ago and remember feeling tipsy as soon as I had the virus injected in my arm.

Since I do not remember things that happened last week let alone years ago, I would not know. Assume if I had an adverse reaction I would possibly remember but doubt it.

Just some advice. Staple the Yellow Fewer Card to your Passport. Youre screwed if it get lost. I got mine on shorter notice at the travel clinic in Boksburg (less than 6 weeks).

Lol ya I put my passport with my card in the plastic folder they gave me when I did mine... on my bday a year or so ago , shame poor nurse felt so sorry for me ... didnt wanted to hurt me on my bday ... ha ha ha!

There's no malaria areas in Kenya really. But the yellow fever card is a must....if you want to get back into SA.

I moved to Kenya Niarobi. I unfortunately had to move back 2 years ago.

Stunning place and fond memories.

Mombasa is absolutely stunning white sand crystal clear water. The lady who goes will have a blast.

I mean you need to have your injection 6 weeks before the date of your travel. I always carry mine together with my passport.

No, six days is sufficient.
