This is so true, I have experience it. Have lost some friendships and I am the only one to blame. Taking time but hope to rebuilt the those friendships someday.

The sad part when this happens, you do not only loose a friend and confidant, but you loose so much more.

I understand what you are refering to. I am at this stage where no matter how great the session was, I don't return for a follow-up as that is when I get caught-up in my fantasy love affair. So actually also on pay as you go.

Maybe some of us are Lloyd Christmas, having an optimistic hope of something great with someone spectacular!

Is this the right place to look for it? Obviously not. Not all punters fall head over heels with every SP, even if there was a connection during a booking.

Then there is the 1% experiences that are totally different, floating neutral and all. Maybe, for the lady in question it is also a "floating neutral" experience. It is logical to think she too could maybe have hope of something great. But then reality sets in for her, and the house of cards fall to the ground. And that's where emotions start running high and hearts are broken.

I think the best thing to do is to remember the Fantasy World we decided to join. Pay as you Pop and all that.
When the 1% experience come around, don't play games and wonder what if, should I, can I, will she, etc.
Either decide to move on or be honest and be prepared to move on if you are not her "something great" afterall.
