ESA would have go through the profile more exposure for the WG and more click on the website, in past the the non gold member had slightly more option then they do now, see below link

I think the filter search is not necessary.
What could be added is ladies state their race on the profile same as i.e. age, height, smoker etc.
That will help as some photos one cannot tell what race the lady is and end up being told 'I do not cater for your race'.
Loss of airtime and dignity.

2018. This site deserves an upgrade of note. Doesn't make sense to keep certain features - like searching by filters etc - in the realm of gold members etc only.
