I have thought about some of these models before but did not have guts to suggest them. They are spot on. First on the subject of generating more clients, I've been quite skeptical of the plea of poverty by ladies in this forum since I battle to get through my regular ladies - about 3 of them - whenever I call to make a booking, no matter what time of the month. Sometimes I'd wait for the following day, with similar results. Clearly for these ladies, the demand is high or business is good; there must be something they are doing well. One lady I called who was charging R1000 a few months ago, when I called her fee was now R1500/ hour. Again this price increase could be a sign of high demand for her services.
My hypothesis is that ladies with diverse clients do not battle to maintain steady income (by diverse clients I don't mean every Tom, Dick and Hairy). Those who stick to a homogeneous set of clients are punished by laws of economics (supply and demand). I won't tread into this politically sensitive terrain.
Anyway, great suggestion by @Executive123. Option 2 is the best option in my view. The only way these creative options can be adopted to the advantage of the ladies (or for mutual benefit) is if they are supply-driven, that is, if the ladies themselves propose an option to a client who is a regular or potential regular. The key is to lock-in a regular block of clients. A lady could say something like, "hey by the way, I offer a new special you my want to consider, and this is how it works... Let me know when you would like to explore it or if you have more questions and we can chat about it' It'd obviously be awkward if clients suggest this themselves as it might come across as bargaining. Retainers could also work well (especially among regulars) where they pay set fees for a defined type of services and frequency within a month. They could pick a day and time in a week that'll be open for them (meaning the client has paid for a right to exercise their options on such days and time of the week). If they don't show up, they forfeit. They could re-arrange times and days within 24 hour notice.
For such retainers to work for mutual benefit they should neither be short (1 month) nor long (6months plus). Ideally this should be 3months 'contracts', with possibility for renewal. This will allow the ladies the certainty to plan their income and expenses, but also afford the client ease of exit if they feel they are taken for granted or services are declining or their circumstances have changed.
These methods could work better than random specials, which are a nuisance. I doubt serious minded punters take these specials. The specials come across cheap and desperate. There was also a bartering method here that I understand failed. Marketing should be approached professionally with a clear value proposition. In the end a lady should rather be known as expensive than cheap, if those were the only choices.
