Been meaning to visit Maliah for a while. Something always seemed to come up before- however things worked out this time. She works in a secure venue in Randburg near miltichoice.... I thought it would be a lot worse than it was- was pleasantly surprised. Was met at the gate by the madam who took me to the room. Rooms were tastefully decorated and had clean towels.

Put the oven on 180. Get 3 cups of flour, 1 cup water, quarter cup olive oil, 1 level tablespoon salt, 1 level tablespoon sugar, 1 small packet of yeast. (if you want also add a table spoon of dried mixed herbs but it snot essential) Put all of the dry stuff in a bowl. Pour in the wet stuff. Mix it by hand until the bowl is clean with no bits stuck to the side. Take the dough out knead and beat it until it is smooth with no lumps. Put it back in the bowl and leave for 1 hour. Take it out and beat it back down. Mould it round and place on a lightly greased tray of mould it in to a sausage that just about fits in a bread tin. Leave it until it is twice the size it was before the second beating. Put it in the oven for 35 minutes. Take it out and leave to cool for one hour.
