A while ago a former wg from the purple world here tried organising the same. There were six guys confirmed right up until the day before.
On the big day it ended being just myself and one other guy who pitched. We ended up having a great mfm threesome anyway, but the lady was a bit disappointed at not having her fantasy realised yet again.
Apparently this wasn't the first time it happened - seems that most guys talk the talk and that's where it ends.
Bottom line when planning a gangbang: there will always be those talkers who chicken out, so may be worth factoring the dropouts into the numbers :)

Unfortunately that comes with the territory. Brushes with other dudes will happen, unless each guy goes one at a time which in that case defeats the whole purpose of a gangbang lol
