I've been smoking since 1987...can't quit now.
Drinking doesn't bother me. I can happily go months without any alcohol.
I'm single and old so "being with a lady" is very lekker once in a while.

Tried to stop smoking many times,without success.Convinced myself that I needed a good reason to stop.Then one day I woke up in ICU after a heart by pass op.I have not touched a smoke since that day nearly 20 years ago.
Still drink socially but find it far easier not to drink than it was to stop smoking.As for the third one ....well .....
Nicotine and booz both increase your blood sugar levels. The body then produces insulin to lower your blood sugar.So it is recommended that you qut both at the same time, and cut back on your intake of sugar.

Does drinking also affect your performance in bed. Was watching Ballers and the doctor told Dwayne The Rock Johnson that booze can kill spermatozoids.
Is it true in real life?
PS: I am also like Dwayne in the movie. I drink because I enjoy alcohol. But it looks I need to put a handbrake now.

I smoke, drink and stress too much.
Working from home definitely makes it harder to stop.
Sitting with painful stomach ulcers at the moment but it's my own doing, before coming back to the purple world, I managed it by keeping fit and training 4-5 times a week when I had more time for hobbies.

I alse heard it. But with me if I was out the night drinking some bear and shooters my wife always complain I go to long on without cumming. So for me it helps to go on for 2 hours. Maybe more
