Good morning I only stumbled on this now. I did not know that you guys actually knew about this.

This was a very very dark time in my life as Jags was like a daughter to me, a younger version of myself.

Its xmas season and we all know the reality of having financial stress, emotional stress of missing loved ones ext.

Depression is real, heartache is real stress is real.

I would like to ask each and every one to take a moment and think.....

Before you utter a comment that can hurt someone (not just on the forum) in all aspects of your daily life

Be gentle and be kind

Open your heart and ears to signs of outreach.

But most of all be positive, positivity is contagious

Spread love, Joy and happiness where ever you can.

and remember you ARE NOT ALONE

Thank you for the kind words. I left the industry due to this in that time and only returned recently.

It is still heavy on my heart hence the fact I can't be rude or body shame.

This industry is hard even if we seem strong and composed.

I myself have learners to take every day as it comes and be grateful for everything I have.

But I have seen so much attacks on SP ext the last while and it's really concerning.
