Basically an honest one.
One that we as punters can make an informed decision.
One that the wgs can learn from if they so choose to improve or play coy and evasive.

Wow, I review and then usually if there's a significant change in services or it's been a while then I'll review again. But if I see a girls 4 weeks in a row and it's still the same, I don't see the need to repeat myself.
Plus I expect consistency. Don't want to review straight after the first encounter only to have a couple crappy experience there after and don't want to look like a fool by putting a contradictory review thereafter. That has happened though, both things. Now I don't care if I contradict myself, different times, day, service. I let some wgs get away with that shit when I first started here. As then other punters had the same bad experiences. Won't let that happen anymore.
Something I learned even after so many years of punting. When reading reviews, check how many are by the same person!
A while ago I booked a mg who had great reviews. I had a kak experience and said so in my review.
She then accused me of being smelly.. despite the fact I showered before I left home and when I got there.. usual defense when they know they are in the wrong..
When I got home I rechecked the reviews, 8 out of 10 from the same guy and guess what.. 10 minutes after my poor review the same knight posted that I must have the wrong lady and 10 minutes later posted another glowing review... wtf
