It is always nice when a WG makes good - I think that I know the girl that you are talking about - you are right you can't mention her as ESA is more concerned with enforcing the "no freeloaders" policy than it is with stopping the current scourge of blackmailers who harrass WGs for their phone logs and then attempt to blackmail punters
Referring to the last paragraph of your message. I could not have said it better and it's SO SO TRUE. They're SO FOCUSSED on no freeloading, that they cannot address the serious issue of blackmailers. Which, in my opinion is FAR MORE IMPORTANT....
