We as punters are only prepare to pay "that little extra" for the cosmetics such as location, and venue, it is quality of service that matters.

You need to accept punters trying to negotiate is part of your job.
Dont know why wg think they are somehow exempt from people asking for a discount.
A lawyer also gets requests for lower fees, doctors also at some point get told they are too expensive and plumbers also gets asked to add a small piece of work for free.
Ironically I have asked all three of the above for better rates but never a sp.

Alternatively you can become a mg. You rub oil on a guy for half an hour charge your normal fee and then charge your normal fee again for fh as an extra.

The market always dictates the price. I'd it's fair, bookings will be enough to make supplier and client happy. If it's low, supplier will not be able to keep up with demand. If it's high, it simply will not sell at that price.
