Got to sample the local cuisine. The arabian n turkish ladies are just amazing.. pricey but worth it. Plan ur trip accordingly or book a night or two in the mentioned hotels as WGs seldom wud leave to another.

Dubai is not great when it comes to this sort of thing and it is certainly not because of lack of opportunity or WGs. If your remuneration is in ZAR, be prepared for a serious dent in your wallet as well as a significant compromise in quality. Moreover, any display of public affection raises eyebrows and if you are an affectionate man you get to "walk on eggs" all of the time.

The shopping may be great, but the punting aint.

I predict that upon your return, you will kiss OR Tambo's tarmac and throw a week long party/feast/orgy to celebrate, where you will lavish expensive gifts of sincere appreciation and adoration on the amazing, awesome, articulate and wonderfully open female residents of your motherland (wherever this may be). Or perhaps, do as I do: call in sick for a few days and book a bodacious, buxom beauty to touch, tantalise, titillate and tease you back to your original form.

The overall variety of the punting is better in Dubai. Something for everyone, and people only care about the colour green, largely. It will cost you more, yes.

What I miss in Joburg is going to a public place and seeing the girls while you have a drink and when you're done you can make your choice. Venues just aren't the same.

Remember - prices generally start at $500 for anything worthwhile.
There may be many gorgeous hookers around but they are not cheap.
I was once quoted $15 000 for an absolutely stunning Russian - but drunk as I was I declined :)

Im also going in a few weeks and have done a bit of research .... seems that there are a few options
1 Nightclubs in some of the hotels ...500 AED up
2 Rip off/scam sites like Dubai escorts etc .... 1500 AED up
3 Craigslist .... some independants 500 AED up
4 Backpage ... seems more commercial

Last time my GF and I were there we got a Thai chick to our hotel , no access trouble ( western chain ) , and she was excellent . Remember the Rand price was about R1500 but the exchange rate has bombed of course .

You'll come across visiting cards with massage offers. Most of them operate via Whatsapp and are more than willing to come to your hotel. You'll find these cards stuck on car windows parked near many of the smaller hotels.
