The is plenty of room for a really cool American style joint.I would like to go to a place like the Summit in the North.The word upmarket turns people away and I have been to some of these so called upmarket places and which leaves a lot to be desired.I for one would like to go to a place,pay an entrance fee,have a drink,or play pool and chat to the girls.We need a placed that is relaxing and chilled.Again it is not what you do but rather how you do it.

Firstly which area is the house going to be in.

There are so many massage houses offering sub-standard treatments, and still naking money.

I am sure if you offer a decent venue, good selection of ladies (trained) competitive pricing with specials in-between, I cant see why it will not work.

You have the experience. Thats important.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

To answer a few of the issues, firstly when I asked is there space for a new Divine what I meant was that owing to the flagrant disregard for a sale that now forces me to look for an alternative income I still remain the owner of all assets and intellectual property so yes I would use the name and the other venue would then have to cease its use.

Secondly as for property well it is owned by the investor and has all the necessary rights attached.

Thirdly I am not concerned about investment as that is being handed on a silver platter and there would be zero risk from my end.

Fourthly my reluctance stems from the fact that I had very happily decided to walk away from the venue industry and live a calm life but a situation is once again dictating that I come back.

I love the ladies and clients, I miss that side what I don't miss is the politics of certain other individuals who think they own and area or industry. So yes there is reluctance but there is also need.

I ran a tight ship and made certain mistakes financially that I am well aware of and in fact have learnt from so I see these last few months as a game changer in mindset.

My venue will always be about the ladies and client satisfaction, you cannot make it work if you don't commit. So if I go ahead then I would be completely committed to every aspect again, just a little wiser. Coupled with the fact that I am well aware of what works and how to keep my clients happy means I can easily do it again.

Lastly the area is a huge surprise, let's not blow the proverbial load in one day ha ha.

Go for it Sean, I'm not a venue person but yours was the only one where I ever felt that I could visit without being seen and had good service. You have my support for sure!!!

Agreed here- Sean, you know what we need... Full faith! Given from the lack of much provided in the JHB north area, fingers, toes and everything crossed! Im definitely a regular client already :-)
