Pricing is a purely subjective thing, there is very little rhyme or reason to it. Similar to car pricing, it's only worth what you are willing to pay for it.
When you phone and ask for the price then that's the price, take it or leave it, the choice is always yours. No one is forcing you to go that particular lady.
There seems to be a trend on this site that the higher end girls get a grilling about their prices... with punters moaning about very high prices for an hour.
The lady in question is marketing herself as a Mercedes, she is charging Mercedes prices, she is expecting Mercedes affording customers. If you only have Tata money in your pocket that is not her fault. Issues such as service are the same, you can get kak service at a BMW dealership just as easily as you can have great service from your local Mazda... The car prices have no bearing on this.
And always remember you can still get a really great second hand GTi with new Tata money so it's not like you are losing out in reality.
