@frank, it's going to take lifestyle changes like garyj stated,which includes stop visiting escort sites. Delete your profile, block these sites on your browser if you can,or get an old phone with no browser, do whatever you think it will take you to stop visiting these sites. There are apps these days that help with breaking habits. Google and see what you can find. Also you can replace the habit with something else, not just another addiction. For example, when I started getting into online share trading it consumed my mind and time, instead of logging onto ESA, I logged onto my trading account and finance sites and blogs looking for the next tip. It also helped me obtain perspective, I could buy quite a few good shares for R800 as opposed to go punting. It may not be share trading, but it could be something else for you. It doesn't have to be something that involves money. Last year I wasted so much money on punting, money I could have done so much with. I've been relatively good this year. Have not punted in weeks, but every so often a strong urge comes over me and even this morning I said to myself I'm going to have a good tug in the bathroom and if I still have the urge I'm going out for a punt. Fortunately the tug was all I needed to overcome the urge, it was just pure lust. Saved myself R800 and all the guilt that comes with this addiction.

It's nice to hear we are not alone. I don't agree that it's always just last, there could be something else that's missing. For example the attention you get for the at brief moment in time.

@Pontix, agree, it's almost always not just about lust and we'd each have to go sit with a psychologist to dig and find out where each of our addiction is rooted in.

Frank you are not alone, and I'm on my way to be addictive. So far so good except, you know, when the bank sent me the balance. I still have a long list to visit. I try three times a week as long as I can reload properly. I visit HOE twice a week, and I leave the third punt out there. It still takes more than three months to visit all the stunning ladies listed in my ESA favorate. I may wake up as well until I have one year experience.
