Just to make it fair and reasonable. Just Spoke to Heaven on Earth

There is a max guest list of 60 people

I will be 61 but I am sponsoring two ladies so we are down to 58

To keep it fair, all payments need to be made up front the HoE to fill up the reception list. please call HoE reception

We need to do this as many people want to attend and we know that we get non pitchers on the day

Example - got a message from a chap that wants to bring 9 friends and pay at the door. If they don't arrive 10 people that want to be there are excluded

Folks R100 for lunch and R100 towards charity should not be an issue

So lets fill up the list and the Heaven on Earth staff will make sure that it is a day to remember

Haven't been to a social before. The ladies I see that are confirming attendance are mostly white. I know many white ladies don't mix racial lines or it's not their preference.

In short without offending... is this one of those things that are white only?

I think it's a very fair question, just because it makes you uncomfortable to talk about it doesn't make it any less valid. One of the considerations I would also have if I were to attend one of these socials.
