On a serious note, NO WAIT! READ ON, there post about Kamagra and similar drug usually have a warning in them somewhere and for good reason.

The active ingredient sildenafil citrate is also used to treat heart conditions such as Pulmonary hypertension (where there are ailments concerning the interaction between the heart and lungs)

NEVER take such drugs and seek medical attention if you have the following complaints; Shortness of breath, prolonged periods of fatigue, any form of chest pain, palpitations (increased heartbeat for no apparent reason), lightheadedness or fainting for no apparent reason, swelling of the legs or ankles.

Also never take any such non-prescribed medication if you are on any form of blood pressure or heart medication. Mixing such medication with amyl nitrite (poppers) is also potential hazardous due to the effect they both have on blood pressure.

Ok so you are fit as an Ox but need a little something for that huge orgy you have planned at the week end.

It is best not to take such medications on an empty stomach, eat something light and you will have far less chance of suffering heart burn, combining it with a Rene or Gaviscon also helps. Similarly a lot of people suffer a head ache. If this is the case take a minimal dose of a Paracetamol based painkiller as Asprin aggravates stomach conditions and heart burn.

I have taken the liquid form. Works wonders excerpt for the obvious side effects. Headache dizziness etc.

Unfortunately my supplier is out of the liquid form so opted for the tablet. Will give feedback.
