then confront him with the evidence you have. (Not F2F as it might be dangerous). Ask him to leave you alone or else you will send this to the authorities and his family as well. If he does not back of then contact the authorities and send the information to his family.

Yes I have already asked him numerous times to leave me alone but he keeps popping up, I do believe the next step is sharing this information with his family.

Not a action I take lightly but I do believe he deserves this now.

I'm sorry Sloane, but in all honesty, having him banned won't stop him. If it's gotten to this point then get a restraining order. The law can get a bit sticky, but the sooner you take action, if he ever does try to harm you, at least you can create a paper trail to back up your side!

Luckily I do have a paper trail a very long one. In this Industry as with any you know about keeping a paper trail.

But been through this restraining order before, remember if he keeps changing alias it takes a lot of my time and people helping me to find new emails he has created, new IP addresses and the very hard truth is the courts don't care about WG they just don't, I know this because I already have a criminal case going with a similar situation, the law is unfortunately not on our side. We are seen as bottom feeders, the dreggs of society not worth protecting. That is why so many of us end up in ditches, after criminal cases have been opened, we have no rights because our work is illegal, until they legalize this we are pretty much on our own.

Its just a shame we are exposed to this type of assault when trying to support families.
