Greetings to all. Well this post of mine has nothing to do with Pretoria.. So I'm not sure if this is perhaps the wrong place for my comment.. But I was pulled over by the police in Durban the other night (in Morningside). They flashed me down, tested me for alcohol. They saw the lady I had in my car, said she was a prostitute, which she was, I suppose they know the girls, then they said they were going to take me to the station for soliciting.. But they never actually saw me in the act if handing over money to her. They threatened me with a R2000 fine. I said I couldn't pay. So they asked me for my wallet. I refused but then the one stepped out the vehicle with a gun.. So I gave in. I had R550. They took it and told me to get out of there and go home. I still had the girl in the car after they left the scene, but no money. So believe it or not I took her to the lodge .. was actually still contemplating screwing her after that, but then she said the lodge didn't take cards. As we were discussing those same cops pulled up again.. so I told the lady to get out my car..and as she was leaving she grabbed the money tray to my cubby.. I had some change, about R30 .. so she scooped it. I drive off as I'm not going to chance a confrontation or round two with those cops again. I went and parked further down and looked back up the road, only to see that same lady talking to the cops.. and them giving her money, then the one gets out the van and goes inside the lodge with her while the others stand outside and smoke, keep watch. Wtf??? So basically I paid so a corrupt cop get his dick sucked off by a scamming thieving whore.. oh my soul I'm so wrecked after this.. any comments from others in the forum .. does this whole thing just sound like a corrupt police hustle .. what were my legal rights in that situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Seriously you got F*cked,if you didn't get her on this PURPLE SITE and just picked her up it is a expensive lesson learn from it,and get over it and next time try and be a bit smarter

@Shakira. Indeed. Very true..I was .. As you put it.. But in terms of actual legal rights in that situation.. is there anything that someone could do (not me) in general if they found themselves in that situation?

As they say, Kak en betaal, learn your lesson and move on but don't count all of us under that same scamming crap! Many of us do make an 'honest living' in a hugely dishonest and illegal industry!

@Veronica Franco.. True that.. I realise I was to blame too. Playing with fire, getting burnt. The tired old cliche. So yes of course, I would never put all working girls under one roof. Just those who have scammed their way through life.. Thanks for the response. Peace
