For what it's worth, I hope ESA makes a strong stand about this with the advertisers concerned: no warnings, just banned from the forum for revealing private information. Interacting on the forum is a bonus in terms of exposure (no pun intended) for advertisers, but there has to be responsibility as well.

Just as I would expect to be banned for racist/religious insults, I think advertisers should know that revealing personal information results in an immediate ban.

If posting personal info on the public forum, ESA does ban you from using the forum. You are still active, however you can't post in the forum. I call it a temporary suspension
