Is rocking up in shorts, t-shirt, pool sandals an issue as I have done it plenty of times with other WG and there were no problems, the clothes were clean and good quality items.
So basically not scruffy but laid-back

I agree Mike... I don't mind casual wear at all... my weekend clients always pitch up with T-shirts, shorts and pool sandles but yes... there is a hugh difference between clean and really really dirty... and above all, the disrespect. Eish... this was a bad one.
