Hi Guys

Yes there is a problem which started on Monday after we updated the code. When a technical glitch occurs we are always willing to admit that to our members and be completely transparent about the whole thing. We will also rectify the problem and give members something extra to make up for it.

Luckily we keep 2 separate logs or all transactions, one on our side, and one at the third party credit card provider. If something goes wrong, we can always backtrack the entire payment process step by step and make sure everyone gets what they paid for (and more).

We're busy fixing the problem and will keep you updated. Everyone that was affected by this problem will get an extra month of access on the house.

Hi Guys

I'm happy to report that everyone who was affected by this problem received full Gold Membership for a minimum of 2 months (some guys paid for 6 months and received 7 months in total). We also sent out an email to all those members just in case they don't read the forums.

Thank you to everyone for you feedback and your patience in helping us get over this bump in the road.

It is so nice to be proven right. If you treated your members like ESA does, SLB's review would have gained more members for you.

SLB must be right once more. You must have some kind of mental condition and must be really dislectic with all of those r's.

Very good question. Firstly as a gold member you may post un moderated comments for any of the service providers, as a free member you can only read comments but not post any of your own.

As a Gold Member, you will be able to see all previous images sets, along with whatever galleries are available, along with the ability to see enlargeable images in full resolution. We have recently started to add video clips also.

And finally we are in the finale testing stages of live video chat whereby you will be able to chat to some of the ladies live while being able to see a live video stream of them at the same time.
