once again, in a space in time
the sound of the lapping waves...sublime
and even though the sea hidden from my sight
hearing it...knowing it on the others side of the hill...a true delight.
how glorious to start a day,
to step outside to not delay,
the humid kiss of this coastal town
the lightest silken cloth be my gown.
shoes nothing more than the sole of my feet
purposefully forth to go ,a path to beat
no route or map to lead me on
contriteness and planning all be gone!
how i love what the day shall bring

To say thank u falls short of all that u have treated me with to date.

Every visit ALWAYS a pleasure...and thus with a heavy sigh begins the countdown to my returning home.

Those that need rehab after remissions and accidents.

The mind, the anatomy, the physicality of what makes us tick and "move" and inspire us, no matter the space or service, is my passion.

To share it with u and unburden those uncertainties, fears, needs, challenges is what i am "excellent" at (apologies if it comes across as cocky ...GRIN...not meant to be).

why?

Because i care and know how debilitating such a state of mental and physical hindrance can be.
