Not happy with her. Telephone manner was curt and short. Attitude was not at all welcoming. Basically a mechanical service make the outer uncomfortable and get it over with. I have seen her when she first started, I understand she may not remember me. But what was annoying was she said she had never seen me as if she was annoyed..... No maybe but I can't remember just no I definitely did not see you! She was defs not in the mood, so why take the booking then. If it was just for the money then at least try!!!!
